We offer free standard delivery on all wood, laminate and vinyl flooring orders over £899.00 and standard delivery of £50.00 on orders below £899.00. Please note that all deliveries will be kerbside and the delivery address will need to be easily accessible for HGVs and large vehicles. If access to your property is likely to be a problem, we recommend calling us before placing you order so that we can discuss alternative delivery options.
*Some exclusions apply based on postcode area and product, including Scotland and the Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some hard-to-reach areas of mainland UK. Failed Deliveries
If we attempt to deliver your parcel but we're unable to because nobody is home, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled/changed within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs to return the item to us and for any further delivery costs.
Damaged Goods
We want you to be completely happy with your order, so we check items thoroughly before despatch and package them to try and ensure that they arrive to you undamaged. However we understand that sometimes an item may be damaged in transit.
Please check your items carefully upon delivery to ensure that there is no damage to your package. If the package is damaged you must sign for as 'damaged on delivery', otherwise you will be liable for the return delivery charge. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery Timescales
If you are ordering a product that we have in stock, standard kerbside delivery will arrive within 2-5 working days. We can provide timed delivery slots for the following additional costs:

Please be aware that some products aren't held in stock and are ordered from our suppliers, some based in Europe. These orders will take longer to arrive - please allow up to 10 working days for such deliveries. We strongly advise that you do not book in your fitter until you are in receipt of your goods.
Delivery Timescales by Product
Amtico Spacia and Click Smart - Delivery within 4-7 working days
Amtico Signature, Amtico Form - This is a custom made product, please allow up to 12 working days
Parador Flooring (engineered wood and laminate) - 6 - 12 working days. Please note that we do also hold a large volume of Parador products in stock for immediate dispatch, please call us on 01905 954045.
Carpet (Alternative Flooring, Victoria Carpets, Penthouse and Manx Tomkinson) - Usually 7-12 working days. However please be aware that some carpets are not always held in stock by the manufacturer and will be made to order - please allow up to three weeks for such orders. If you have specific delivery requirements or you are working within tight timescales, please call us and we will be able to advise you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Every effort will be made to deliver your items within the agreed timeframe, however we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery outside of our reasonable control; We strongly advise that you do not book your fitter until you are in receipt of your material.
