How do I measure my floor?
In order to understand the total cost of your new floor, you first need to calculate the size of your room(s) in m2. The complexity of this largely depends on the shape of the room. We recommend splitting the room into independent rectangles and calculating the area of each rectangle by multiplying the length and width together.
We also recommend adding at least 10% wastage to your final quantity, as this will likely come from trimmings and awkward room layouts. The best way to do this is to multiply the m2 area of your room by 1.10.

Sometimes you need the chance to experiment with different types of flooring before making a final decision. We’ve made this easy for you – you can order up to three free samples!
Simply find the flooring you want to try, add it to your basket, and follow the instruction at the checkout. A member of our team will get this sent to you within 3-5 days.
Do you provide a fitting service?
No, we are a supply only flooring business.

How long does delivery take?
If you are ordering a product that we have in stock, standard kerbside delivery will arrive within 2-5 days. Please be aware that some products aren't held in stock and are ordered from our suppliers based in Europe. These orders will take longer to arrive - please allow up to 10 working days for such deliveries.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

How do I care for my new floor?
Carpet: Every carpet is different, meaning how you care for it can vary. Generally, polypropylene is easier to maintain and can be bleach cleaned, but wool is wool naturally stain resistant and long lasting.
